Dropwise condensation on solid hydrophilic surfaces

TL;DR: Stable dropwise condensation is demonstrated on a smooth, solid, hydrophilic surface having low contact angle hysteresis and the distribution of nano- to micro- to macroscale droplet sizes agrees well with the classical distribution on hydrophobic surfaces. (via Semantic Scholar)
