By: J. Mcneil n & R. Rabb n

PHYSICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL FACTORS IN DIAPAUSE INITIATION OF 2 HYPERPARASITES OF TOBACCO HORNWORM, MANDUCA-SEXTA

JOURNAL OF INSECT PHYSIOLOGY, 19(11), 2107–2118.

By: J. Mcneil n & R. Rabb n

TL;DR: Four factors (photoperiod, temperature, maternal age, and physiological state of the host) were tested for their significance in diapause initiation of Hypopteromalus tabacum and Catolaccus aeneoviridis and it was indicated that interactions between these four factors also played an important role.
