TL;DR: Psychometric properties of the Parenting Stress Index-Short Form were examined and PSI-SF scores were related to parent reports of child behavior 1 year later, and the Childrearing Stress subscale was a significant predictor of a parental history of abuse. (via Semantic Scholar)
