The proposed approach addresses two key challenges: uncertain converter dynamics and variable PV array dynamic resistance. Value Iteration (VI) algorithm based on Adaptive Dynamic Programming (ADP) is employed to design an optimal controller for tracking the reference voltage, which is computed by Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) to extract maximum power from the PV array. Simulation results under constant and dynamic irradiance conditions demonstrate superior performance, with the controller achieving fast convergence to maximum power points.
