Community Colleges, Financial Aid, Critical Race Theory

Devon L. Graves, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Community College Leadership at North Carolina State University. He serves as a Faculty Scholar at the NC State Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research. He has served as a member of the Board of Regents for the University of California and a governor-appointed Commissioner for the California Student Aid Commission.
