TL;DR: This is the first account of a pericardial-occupying, primary feline cardiac hemangiosarcoma resulting in compression of the right heart and cardiac tamponade, and novel clinicopathological relationships between radiographic and echocardiographic findings and gross and microscopic pathology are described.
