Abedin, F., & Denhartog, E. (2023, November 22). ERGONOMICS, Vol. 11.

By: F. Abedin n & E. Denhartog n

author keywords: Post-exercise comfort; temperature sensation; skin-clothing interaction; sportswear; transient condition
TL;DR: Sportswear manufactured from hygroscopic fibers can absorb moisture during activity or intermittent exercise and may change the thermal management of clothing, which can provide more thermal and comfort sensation compared to 100% cotton, 100% viscose, and 100% polyester.
