TL;DR:
Dogs with OSA have decreased monocyte chemokine receptor expression and monocytes chemotaxis, potential mechanisms by which OSA might evade the immune response, and reversal of monocyte dysfunction using immunotherapy could improve survival in dogs with Osa.
