TL;DR: TSWV ImmunoStrips and reverse-transcription (RT)-PCR with NSm primers confirmed the presence of TSWV in 12 symptomatic plants sampled across the two farms, providing definitive evidence of the occurrence of RB-TSWV at both farms, and subsequent sequencing confirmed the C118Y and D122G substitutions.
