Dr. Bhatta was born in Nepal and completed his higher education in Japan. Despite being born into a farming family, he always had a strong focus on generating additional income for farmers, particularly in developing countries. His studies primarily concentrated on utilizing rural resources through tourism development and creating income opportunities for the local population.
