TL;DR: The utility of KBase as a platform for bioinformatics education is demonstrated, and a set of modular, adaptable, and customizable instructional units for teaching concepts in Genomics, Metagenomics, Pangenomics, and Phylogenetics are presented. (via Semantic Scholar)
