Graph Neural Networks for Joint Communication and Sensing Optimization in Vehicular Networks

IEEE JOURNAL ON SELECTED AREAS IN COMMUNICATIONS, 41(12), 3893–3907.

author keywords: Sensors; Interference; Topology; Feature extraction; Network topology; Heuristic algorithms; Vehicle dynamics; Joint communication and sensing; terahertz; vehicular networks; graph neural networks
TL;DR: A graph neural network (GNN) based algorithm with a heterogeneous graph representation is proposed that can achieve 93.66% of the sum rate achieved by the optimal solution, and yield up to 3.16% and 31.86% improvements in sum rate, respectively, over a homogeneous GNN-based algorithm and a conventional optimization algorithm without using GNNs. IVSign: Interpretable Vulnerability Signature via Code Embedding and Static Analysis

2023 53RD ANNUAL IEEE/IFIP INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON DEPENDABLE SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS WORKSHOPS, DSN-W, pp. 25–31.

By: A. Ding*, G. Li*, X. Yi* & Y. Liu n

author keywords: Software Vulnerability Detection; CodeBERT; Bi-LSTM; Interpreterable Vulnerability Signatures
TL;DR: This paper proposes an Interpretable vulnerability signature (IVSign) scheme to combine pattern-driven and data-driven methods, and shows that when the matching threshold is set appropriately, the evaluation metrics on the testing samples exceed 90.00%. (via Semantic Scholar)

Joint Optimization of Sensing and Communications in Vehicular Networks: A Graph Neural Network-based Approach

ICC 2023 - IEEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATIONS, pp. 5719–5724.

TL;DR: A graph neural network (GNN) based algorithm with a heterogeneous graph representation is proposed that enables the central controller to extract each vehicle's graph information related to its location, connection, and communication interference and determine the joint service mode selection and user association strategy.
