TL;DR:
Prenatal exposure to 1mg/kg GenX and 1 mg/kg PFOA induces adverse metabolic outcomes in adult mice that are diet- and sex-dependent, suggesting that placental and potentially lactational transfer are important exposure routes for GenX.
