TL;DR: Evaluating the influences of different growth regulators on in vitro multiplication and rooting stages and ex vitro acclimatization of rooted plants suggested that the micropropagation did not alter the biological cycle of this species, and the results show the importance and potential of micro Propagation for biodiversity conservation of Bouchea fluminensis.
