TL;DR:
Free cadmium concentration in bluegill liver was a more sensitive indicator than MT or whole-body concentration during both bioassays, based on the lowest observed effect concentration of Cadmium.

Preliminary data suggest that the mice not receiving AA developed increased epidermal AA levels in response to the tumor promoting regimen, and it is found that dietary AP inhibited TPA-induced biochemical parameters associated with tumor promotion.
