TL;DR: Electrophoretic mobility shift assays showed that recombinant PtMYB4 protein is able to bind to DNA motifs known as AC elements, consistent with the hypothesis that PtmyB4 is sufficient to induce lignification, and that it may play this role during wood formation in pine. Effects of body size on male mating tactics and paternity in black bears, Ursus americanus

Families of loblolly pine that are the most stable for resistance to fusiform rust are the least predictable
