TL;DR:
Inactivation kinetics of inoculated Escherichia coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella Poona and Surviving bacterial populations on cantaloupe surfaces were determined using a membrane transferring method with a non-selective medium followed by a selective medium.
