TL;DR:
The immunogenicity of phosphopeptides derived from tryptic hydrolysis of beta-casein (CN) was investigated in a rat model system and it is suggested that immunogensicity of the phosphopePTides was reduced compared with that of native beta-CN and skim milk proteins.
