TL;DR: A model of a possible evolutionary history of the proteasomal ATPASES is constructed, incorporation of physical data to provide support for alternative phylogenetic hypotheses, and shows that the deep node structures of the phylogenetic constructions lack resolution. (via Semantic Scholar)
