TL;DR:
The first direct visualization of any developing stage of C. felis within the tick host has been visualized microscopically, and it is believed that sporozoites in tick salivary glands (SG) have similar potential for cytauxzoonosis.

TL;DR:
Alveolar macrophages of MWCNT-instilled mice had increased miR-27b expression, which may reduce the expression of PPARγ resulting in attenuation of FAO, and this reduction in FAO may lead to activation of M1 macrophage activation.
