One-Step Quantification of anti-Covid-19 Antibodies via Dual Affinity Ratiometric Quenching Assays

Kilgour, K. M., Turner, B. L., Daniele, M., & Menegatti, S. (2023, June 27). ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY, Vol. 6.

By: K. Kilgour n, B. Turner n, M. Daniele n & S. Menegatti n

MeSH headings : Animals; Cricetinae; Humans; COVID-19 / diagnosis; SARS-CoV-2; CHO Cells; Cricetulus; Antibodies, Viral
TL;DR: Evaluated the performance of the Dual-Affinity Ratiometric Quenching (DARQ) assay for the quantification of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in bioprocess harvests and intermediate fractions and human fluids indicates that the DARQ assay is a highly reproducible and rapid test, whose sensitivity, limit of detection, and dynamic range are independent of sample complexity.
