TL;DR:
The use of in silico methods to identify enzymes with potential aziridine-installing (aziridinase) functionality are reported and reconstitute enzymatic activity in vitro and demonstrate that an iron(IV)-oxo species initiates aziridine ring closure by the C-H bond cleavage.
