Dr. Abbati de Assis currently works for Fisher International, a information services and consulting firm for the pulp and paper industry. She is responsible for the development and improvement of existing FisherSolve product modules and virtual mills' creation processes. Her research interests involve new bio-based technologies, techno-economic and risk analysis of new investments, evaluation of projects in the early-stages of design, and data analysis.
