TL;DR: The CHOISSE framework was applied to guide the implementation and evaluation of e-checklists on team culture for ten pilot teams across the US over a 24-week period and mixed methods analysis of the data and lessons learned were used to identify iterative improvements to the framework and to inform future studies.
