TL;DR: A novel approach to define relevant transcriptomic endophenotypes and stratify decedents based on molecular profiles in three independent human LOAD cohorts and single variant association analysis identified a genome-wide significant variant in TMEM106B in the ROSMAP cohort that confers protection from the inflammatory LOAD subtype. TL;DR: SCIG is associated with a higher IgG trough level in comparison to IVIG, and higher SCig troughs were associated with lower infection rates, while IVIG troughs demonstrated no relationship. (via Semantic Scholar)
