TL;DR:
Reuse of CIDRs, even with reuse extending for a total of 21 d, was as effective as new CIDR for synchronization of ovulation, and PSPB concentrations detected using a commercially available ELISA at Day 48 or 85 of gestation could distinguish does carrying single versus multiple fetuses.
