TL;DR: A recombinant Bacillus subtilis producing soy cystatin was developed by subcloning with a soy cysteine protease gene cloned in Escherichia coli and two gene fragments of signal peptides from kerA and sacB were introduced and compared for secretion efficiency of Cystatin.
