TL;DR:
Based on linearity, relative standard deviation, and limits of detection and quantitation, cyclohexane solvent-assisted stir bar sorptive extraction with 10-mL sample volume is recommended for the quantitation of vitamin degradation-related volatiles in fluid skim milk.
